The company says it is the only DLP 4K UHD Home Cinema Projector in the world with THX HD Display Certification.

BenQ says the W11000 4K DLP Projector harnesses ‘DLP 4K UHD DMD’ with XPR technology to output a 4K UHD (3840×2160 pixels) resolution picture, and it is priced at Rs. 3,99,000.
“No other projector demonstrates mastery of DLP, derived from the same technology in use at 100 percent of the world’s IMAX auditoriums, with 8.3-million pixel UHD performance and THX Certification,” Rajeev Singh, Managing Director, BenQ India, told reporters in New Delhi.

“W11000’s Active Iris and Dynamic Black technology “SmartEco” and proprietary black paint sealed light engine produces 50,000:1 dynamic contrast performance for fine detail rendition in the darkest and brightest scenes without washout to preserve every subtlety of the original content,” BenQ added.

BenQ says the W11000’s CinemaMaster image processing technology provides vivid colour reproduction, flesh tone correction, and advanced digital color and luminance noise reduction.
